Returns

We will replace or refund you for any bottle of wine that is damaged or flawed. We ask the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle for replacement. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is corked or flawed. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to (info@arrowheadcreekvineyard.com) to arrange for the return of corked or flawed product.

Once the wine is received we will refund your credit card account for the cost of the wine less shipping and handling. If the original shipment was damaged or flawed you will receive a full refund, including shipping and handling charges. Please contact the tasting room at 830.307.7200 or info@arrowheadcreekvineyard.com for return instructions.

A 15% restocking fee will be applied to all canceled orders. 

Reservations

We are excited to have you join us for a tasting, celebration, group outing or a private event. To better accommodate all of our customers, we use the following guidelines:

  • By requesting reservations we are able to provide your group better service, and they are highly recommended on weekends and for large groups.

  • Walk-in guests are always welcome, and we are happy to accommodate you with glasses or bottles of wine, but tastings may only be available if staff and seating are available. 

  • We ask that late arrivals of 15 minutes or more contact us prior to the reservation time in order to ensure we have the space to serve your group within the new time frame.  

  • You can cancel or change the number of people on your reservation with 24+ hours notice. Less than 24-hour notice is considered a no-show. Please understand we incur extra costs when planning for your larger party. No-shows will be charged to the card on file for the reservation at a rate of $25 per person. It may be possible for management to consider a full or partial credit based on the circumstances but are at the sole discretion of the vineyard.
